NeuroVidz is an engagement lab for short video and audio. You upload a clip; in about half a minute you get three things: an engagement score you can trust, the emotional shape of the clip second by second, and the exact edit to make next — in plain language, with timestamps.

The premise is simple: by the time your analytics dashboard tells you a clip flopped, you already posted it. Retention graphs are a lagging metric. NeuroVidz gives you the read before you publish, so the fix happens in the edit, not in the post-mortem.

How the read works

Every second of your clip is distilled into perceptual signals — motion, faces, color, pacing, sound energy, speech. Those signals are mapped onto a seven-network model of how a brain responds: attention, emotion, narrative immersion, and more. From that map we score engagement and locate the exact moments where focus holds, drifts, or spikes. The full pipeline is documented on our methods page.

Sound is half of engagement — the voice, the music, the beat drop, the silence before a punchline. Most analysis tools only watch the frames, which is why a flat talking-head and a gripping one can score the same. NeuroVidz treats audio as a first-class input: the model literally listens to your clip and returns a heard-emotion timeline with evidence for every segment — “melancholic verse,” “driving string solo,” “final climactic plea.” Podcasts, songs, and voice-driven clips finally score like a listener feels.

Honest by design

When the signal is weak, NeuroVidz abstains — you see “no clear read” instead of a confident-sounding guess. The engagement score shows its components (measured signal, content judgment, heard emotional arc) rather than hiding behind a single mystery number. We think a tool you act on has to earn that trust.
