By using NeuroVidz you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuroVidz. By using it you confirm that you are.
2. Your videos and your responsibilities
When you upload a video, you confirm that:
- You own it or have the rights to upload and analyze it.
- You have the consent of anyone identifiable in it (their face or voice), as required by law where they are.
- It does not contain illegal content, and uploading it does not infringe anyone's rights.
You keep ownership of your videos. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide your analysis.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use NeuroVidz to:
- Analyze people without their consent, or for surveillance or covert monitoring.
- Evaluate, screen, or monitor employees, job candidates, or students — emotion/expression analysis in workplace and education contexts is restricted or prohibited under laws such as the EU AI Act, and is not permitted on NeuroVidz.
- Make automated decisions that materially affect people (hiring, lending, eligibility) based on the analysis.
- Re-identify individuals, or attempt to derive biometric identity from the outputs.
- Break the law, infringe rights, or abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. The analysis is a heuristic, not ground truth
NeuroVidz predicts likely neural and emotional responses from perceptual signals, grounded in published research. It is a decision-support heuristic, not a measurement of any real person's brain and not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Use it as creative guidance, not fact.
5. Credits and early access
The service is in early access. Credits, limits, and features may change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroVidz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
